The Top 10 Digital Real Estate of Swiss companies have been presented at the Digital Real Estate Summit that has taken place beginning of March. Criteria such as competitive advantage, time, cost and efficiency gain, outstanding innovation, digital process and new technology decided the race.
Among the Top 10 is the Living Services platform of the Credit Suisse Asset Management which has been raised to a new digital level as the extended feature set of the Allthings platform was integrated in 2018. Over 4000 tenants in 217 buildings can use the corresponding tenant-app to communicate directly with their property management.
